KS-3C这是被攻击了吗？

昨晚把KS-3C搭建的网站论坛发了下测了下速，然后早上接到邮件如下，请问这是被攻击了吗？顺便问下，我也没惹谁啊，谁攻击我敢什么？是不是他攻击能赚钱啊，没人给他钱他攻击我干什么，谁知道这类坛友的心态哈？？KS-3C一般抗多少DDOS啊？被攻击后会停机或者关机吗？一般多久恢复？受到攻击了，我早上刚起床网站依然能打开。

The entire attack will thus be filtered by our infrastructure, and only legitimate traffic will reach your servers.


At the end of the attack, your infrastructure will be immediately withdrawn from the mitigation.

PS：没被攻击过，也不知道如何查看攻击流量和IP，请问各位一般如何查看攻击流量大小和攻击IP？
