Because recurring billing was turned off for Office 365 E3 Developer, your subscription and any associated add-on services will expire on May 1, 2022.
To avoid service interruptions, turn on recurring billing for your subscription in Microsoft 365 admin center. When recurring billing is turned on, you’ll be billed for your subscription on your renewal date.

The charges will appear on your next invoice.  To change your payment method, add licenses, or turn off recurring billing, go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
